Before We Drown

In her documentary directorial debut, Raven-Symoné follows Black Atlantans learning to swim. What begins as an effort to raise awareness about a local drowning epidemic turns into an excavation of the Black community's trauma -- and a joyful reclamation of their relationship with water.
